By purchasing access to the Train Your Mouth (TYM) web app, you agree to these terms and conditions in their entirety.

2. Access and Use

You are granted a personal, non-exclusive, and non-transferable license to access the application. Access credentials are strictly personal and must not be shared.

3. Intellectual Property

All content, audio, exercises, and application design are the exclusive property of TYM. Reproduction or distribution is prohibited.

4. Refund

As TYM is a digital product with immediate access, all sales are final and no refunds are offered once access credentials have been delivered, except in cases of verifiable technical system failures.
